For those who think a home inspection is a waste of time, haven't met Chuk. He provided an in depth thorough inspection of the potential property we were going to buy. Had we not had his comprehensive inspection we could have been faced with over 30k of repairs that we had not anticipated. He provided a binder and photos with all his findings and we had an hour long meeting regarding the concerns found with the property. Although it stings to pay 600$ for a property that we did not buy it saved us over 160k on a mortgage and a home that needed more than we were willing/able to pay. All in all we are so grateful to Chuk and his detailed eye for saving us a headache that no first time home buyer is truly prepared for. Excellent communication, excellent service!! Thanks again Chuk.
